Certified Physiotherapist, Pilates, Therapeutic Yoga, Mindful-based stress reduction techniques, sports massage and acupuncture.
Julie graduated in Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University in 2010, and has since gained broad experience ranging from sports injury clinics in London to surf retreats in Indonesia and ski resorts in Switzerland.
Julie strongly believes in a good work life balance, and the benefits of doing what you love! This is reflected in her physiotherapy practice, where she is always keen to help people get back to their favourite sport, hobby or simply everyday life.
Julie first fell in love with Pilates when teaching surf focused Pilates sessions in the beautiful Indonesian island of Lombok. She then completed her APPI training in Pilates Matwork, as well as her therapeutic Yoga course. She loves utilising her Pilates and Yoga skills to aid the recovery of her patients to achieve their aims.
She has also completed a mindful-based stress reduction diploma and uses some of these techniques to encourage her patients to use mindfulness in everyday life. She has noticed a big impact on this regarding peoples decreased stress levels and pain.
Growing up Julie was a keen competitive swimmer, as she still trains with her local swimming club, and occasionally competes. She also loves to keep fit with her own personal practice of Pilates and Yoga as well as running across the Sussex countryside with her dog, Arty.

Since graduating as a Physiotherapist in 2009, Becky has sought a range of experience working with football, rugby, Scottish hockey, endurance events and at the 2014 Commonwealth games. She has worked in ski resorts in Switzerland, as a locum with the military both in Germany and England and as a senior physiotherapist within private practices across Scotland.
Having always been a firm believer in the physical and mental health benefits of exercise, she was naturally drawn to pilates and yoga. Seeing and feeling the benefits for herself, she undertook her APPI pilates teacher training in 2014 as she realised the positive effect it would have on her clients. Ever since then, teaching pilates has become a real passion. She finds it makes a huge difference to her client’s pain, body awareness and mind-body connection. Completed her 200hrs yoga teacher training in Nepal in 2020. And completed a course in mindfulness for stress reduction.
Becky loves the great outdoors and Is lucky enough to live on the doorstep of the Cairngorms in Scotland. She can usually be found hillwalking, skiing, paddle boarding, horse riding and running in her spare time.
Hannah: Yoga & Pilates Instructor
BSO trained Sports therapist, BPS accredited Psychologist, Pilates teacher, Yoga instructor, meditation mentor, personal trainer and medical acupuncture trained.
An holistic practitioner, Hannah, pulls on all her knowledge to tailor each session to the needs of the moment.

With a background in Psychology, Fitness, Sports Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Corporate Wellness, Mindfulness, Yoga and Meditation Hannah has a host of knowledge and experience to pull from and can cater for all levels and needs.
In her spare time Hannah loves to play Hockey with her local team, run out in nature, and is often baking up some delicious treats! You may also see her on your screens teaching from the glorious Swiss mountains as she splits her time between the Uk and the Alps due to her love of skiing and nature.

Katrina is Leith’s qualified, with 20 years of experience cooking globally in private homes, villas, chalets, yachts, catering companies and on film and TV sets.
Katrina enjoys working with a huge variety of cuisines - ranging from Burmese, Sri Lankan, Malaysian, Indian and Thai to Mediterranean and cuisines closer to home - all with a healthy and innovative twist. She has developed her own style, inspired by her travels and studies in nutrition using the best seasonal ingredients sourced locally from across the U.K.
You will also find a lot of Katrina’s recipes and style in the book “Life’s too short to stuff a mushroom”, in which she collaborated with Prue Leith on.
