WHY A PHYSIO LED RETREAT…

We believe it is important to make time for yourself, away from busy lives and a fast-paced world. A physiotherapy-led retreat can be the perfect answer, allowing your body to recover and unwind. Our retreats enable you to really focus on healing your mind and body with the help of a qualified physiotherapist.

We keep our group sizes small, which allows us to give you a detailed and thorough personal program to suit your needs. During your stay we will complete comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, and together will formulate long and short-term goals. Throughout your stay we will assist you in ways to achieve your goals and enable you to implement then back in your daily life. 

All of our Pilates and yoga classes are led by two highly experienced physiotherapists, meaning we can manage any painful conditions and injuries, thus allowing you to feel safe in fully qualified hands.

Your requirements prior to booking

We welcome everyone on our retreats, all ages and abilities, however, we do ask you complete our health questionnaire prior to joining us. This provides us with an idea of your objectives, ability and any injuries or health issues you may have.
